- Condition Standards: Condition is subjective. While we provide high-resolution images and professional descriptions, “Mint” or “Near Mint” are estimates based on industry standards. Please review all photos before purchasing.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Market Volatility: The Pokémon TCG market is highly volatile. Prices are subject to change without notice based on current market data.
- Payment: We accept Wise pay,Google pay, PayPal, Crypto. Orders will only be processed once payment is fully cleared.
4. Shipping & Handling
- “Bomb-Proof” Packaging: We ship all cards in premium protective gear (sleeves, top-loaders/semi-rigids, and reinforced mailers).
- Insurance: High-value orders (over a specified amount) will require tracked and insured shipping.
- Risk of Loss: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, TCGPokemonEX is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market and the risk of card-swapping scams, we generally do not accept returns.
- Exceptions: If an item is proven to be significantly not as described or damaged due to insufficient packaging, please contact our 24/7 Support within 48 hours of delivery.
