14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
- You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: For a full refund, items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Sealed products (Booster Boxes, ETBs, Packs) must remain factory-sealed. Any broken seals will void the return.
Individual Cards (Singles):
- Due to market volatility and the risk of "card-swapping," individual cards are sold as final sale assets unless they arrive damaged or are significantly different from the high-resolution listing photos provided.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Use our Online Return Portal (available in your Account dashboard).
2. Pack the item using the same protective standard used for delivery.
3. Once received at our facility, our specialists will perform a multi-point authentication check.
4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
